Working the Land

The weather is amazing at the moment so we've been spending a lot of time in the garden, attempting to dig up the old, half dead rose bushes that were here when we moved in. So far I've managed to uproot two (the pesky things have a rather firm grip and roots that may or may not reach half way to Australia) and the wee man has managed to cover most of the grass with soil (at any points that I've not been paying him enough attention) but we've had fun (mainly) and that's what counts I guess.
