Physio and selfie

Read a blog about self portraits today and I thought I would try, it's so hard! Just as well I have it a go before physio because the post physio one would have had a pained expression. Tonight he had almost all his body weight on my sacrum (at least that's how it seemed) and then his elbow in my butt (for a really long time!). Still making progress.
