Spillikins

The day has shot by! It's been so beautiful - warm and sunny - and most of it spent outside. A bit more domesticity -more cranberries and grapes juiced, apples compoted, tomatoes frozen and the chutney given another half hour simmering, much better now. Then more clearing of the new orchard area - tons of montbretia corms and nettle roots to be got rid of. A bit of lounging and then a delicious swim - Annabel was down there too so I'm not the only mad one. We floated over the spaghetti seaweed and hoped to get a few more weeks swimming.

I've just been down to the quay hoping for some interesting light. People were still eating outside the local pub. The light was not thrilling but there were some good shapes and reflections.
