Contrasting Conkers
Lots of conkers lying around under the chestnut trees so I thought I’d use a few for a blip. As a backdrop, I decided to think a bit creatively and used a variety of contrasts between the conkers and the four tons of pebbles that are currently sitting on our drive awaiting transfer to the rear garden.
The contrasts I have considered are:
Colour - Dark conkers and brightly coloured husk agains the light and muted hues of the pebbles.
Consistency - The still soft shell of the conkers against the hardness of the pebbles
Form - The spikes of the husk against the smooth pebbles.
