Good run tonight

Very dreich and drizzly today, not the most inspiring night for a run. Only 2 of us turned up and we decided we would go for the potentially muddy option of the woods via the farm track. The woods weren't too bad but I managed to go right through a very muddy puddle! (Nearly as dirty as the bog last week).
Then tried to knock myself out when I got home by hitting the shelving unit support very hard.
