Backblip - it's September and One Bill telecom have finally relented, after my threatening to involve Ofcom, to let us have our choice of phone and broadband provider at the new house. Let the backblippage begin.

Company BBQ. Somehow it's easy to spot the IT department at a Company BBQ.

E didn't make it, having had to stay on later in Oxford than expected.

One very pleasant surprise was to meet a colleague from HQ (Taiwan) visiting the UK for a holiday. Hi Stanley if you're watching!

I had expected to only have a short time at the party, given the various other stresses at the moment, but I found myself one of the last to leave - it being a most welcome few hours relief from said stresses.
