Just Hanging Around

It seemed to get dark very quickly this evening; one minute I was going to get an image in the garden, the next minute I couldn't see it!

I spotted this spider hanging around in our apple tree. My compact camera refused to focus on it, so I had to go to manual focus, using my SLR, to get some sort of shot of it.
