New Gravel

On Saturday morning we received a knock on the door asking if we would move the car. Our landlord had decided that it was time to put new gravel onto the communal driveway!

We were delighted to move the car. Not only does the new gravel mean that if it snows or gets icy again we're far less likely to end up with a place suitable only for practising our figure skating (which is really NOT good), but when it rains we won't end up stepping through muddy puddles in the dark to get to the car!

So here it is. It looks very white against the grubbiness of the old gravel, which can still be seen round the edges!
