A bit stiff in the hip this morning but I think that's due to the way I ended up walking after my feet started giving up yesterday. Ibuprofen cured that and I went out and get new trainers. They are so comfortable, wore them for the rest of the day and I'll wear them everyday until they walk away on their own!!

Youngest had a bit of a tummy ache during dinner but she still went swimming. Got home, pj's on and went straight to bed. Then at just after 9pm we heard the sound of splattering down the stairs. She's covered everywhere; her room, the landing, the stairs, the hallway! I'm not sure whether to clean the carpet or just rip it up and buy a new one, this one's only 9 months old and it now stinks! I've googled cleaning tips, bicarb doesn't work that well on sick but I might trying scrubbing it with washing powder next. I just hope that's it for her as she hates being sick and she'll be awake worrying it's going to happen again.
