Sweet appreciation

There comes a time in our life when we realize that not all people are bad.
That faith in humanity can be restored, and the cynicism melts away.
We start believing that there is much more good, than bad; and feelings of despair are only what we are inundated with on a daily basis.
To break free from the madness, to learn that it's the simple things that really matter, and how a token of appreciation means more than a thousand words.

Today I had that moment. Where a grand gesture, yet so simple, meant so much.

Thankful today to be recognized, appreciated, and remembered.
