time

quite literally is black & white. It can't sort of be anything. Its a finite or objective thing that has a start & an end at every level.

I had lots of ideas for todays topic...my watch box full of timepieces needing new life (aka battery) the clock at work that was moving rather slowly overnight or this - the beautifully restored Astonia Clock Company timepiece; brought back to life by our neighbour - that each Sunday, requires but a moment of our time to be wound back into life. I usually forget - even with a reminder on my phone (reminders like this are only effective if you are in the same building i find). But alas, 10 turns left, 10 turns right & a small realignment of the hands to catch up & its back in business for another week....or time will stand still.

The small pagoda is a reminder of wonderful times spent with fabulous family who knew how precious life & time was. They inspired much of who i am today (career, travel, photography & cooking)....
