Footsteps on the Stairs

The weather prevented anything outdoors, too wet to venture out at lunchtime, imprisoned in the office...I was supposed to be out for lunch with a party of 4 visiting from China - which would have presented lots of opportunities, but this was cancelled due to visa difficulties.
