Satisfying Garden Work

The pesky tree has been shrunk! This Silver Birch blocked sun for an hour each evening for us and a number of our neighbours.

A nice letter through the door of its owners, a quick conversation, and they agreed to let us top it. We luckily even managed to time the trimming with a skip being on site that we could use to take away the cuttings.

A job well worth doing!
