Seniors!

Today I took a photo of a few of the lockers in my senior hallway. I can’t believe that my friends and I are seniors this year! It seems like just yesterday we were starting our first day of kindergarten. I have been with my class for thirteen years and I wouldn’t have wanted to be with anyone else. Some people have moved here, and some people have moved away. Two of my best friends, Jada and Courtney just moved here in tenth and eleventh grade. In seventh grade we also gained about eleven kids because our two elementary schools merged into one high school. This gives us a grand total of about sixty kids in my class. We have a very small class, but we also have a very small school. When I was in elementary school I was really shy, and I only had a few close friends. When I got to high school I started to come out of my shell, and I made more friends. I still kept my close friends from elementary school, but now we have just added to our circle of friends. We have grown so much over these years in school. I think it is funny to look back at old pictures, videos, and papers to see what we were like when we were younger. We all remember these good old times and laugh about them a lot. It’s hard to believe that after we graduate this year, we won’t come to school and see each other every day anymore. I am going to miss all of my classmates, and I wish them all the best with whatever they choose to do after high school!
