Survey boat

Another cal and warm day - is this what is called an Indian Summer? I spotted this vessel from the top of the village road. Not that it is too difficult to do this because it seems to be sailing back and forward along this section of coast almost permanently. I think it is a survey vessel connected with the research on offshore tidal power generation. Despite the calm day there is a surprisingly surf.

Now off to the dentist for an emergency appointment for a toothache that started yesterday.
