Phnom Penh

Arrived this afternoon in Phnom Penh after circling the city for 20 mins as we could not land due to a VIP! We then asked for a tourist visa, $20 but had to pay for an ordinary visa $26!
Staying in a lovely boutique hotel close to a great spa and a cheap sushi restaurant. City tour tomorrow.
