I spent the morning in the garden and it was good to get out there in the lovely weather. With my holiday I hadn't been out for a while an I am certainly feeling it now. Planted bulbs for spring in pots and in the bed on the terrace.

Trip to Kendal after lunch for a haircut and I returned home via Underbarrow, Helsington and Lyth Valley - very hazy sunshine.

I have had a call from a potential new coaching client which is good news.

No 2 son rang today and he was very perky - he was off to Manchester and Vienna.

We are off to dinner with friends this evening near Ulverston and it will be good to catch up with them.
