Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red

An evolving art installation marking the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War. Created by ceramic artist Paul Cummins, with setting by stage designer Tom Piper, 888,246 ceramic poppies will progressively fill the Tower of London’s famous moat.



I met up with a former colleague of mine for coffee this morning and we convened a meeting of the union of under-used supply teachers (Having said that, I have work for the rest of the week!)

I’m still getting used to this new routine ...
