Weald

What a beautiful day! I was visiting a site in the Weald of Kent and this is the sight across the road. If you'd like to see the gate I leant on to take this shot I blipped it just over a year ago. I really cannot do this view justice. The scene is a mowed field in the foreground with the land gently falling away to a hedge. Behind that the ground sloping up towards the farm is covered in different types of fruit trees and at the top of the slope is a Kentish oast house. All was bathed in late summer sun.
