Zumba

Not a very good photograph but it's hard when your friends just wont stand still.

This is post Zumab class - a great way to get fit and have fun - it originates from Colombia and is a mixture of salsa, marengue, hip hop and regaeton. It doesn't really matter what you do as long as you shimmy and wiggle and comes highly recommended.
