This is where yesterdays Apple went
not to snow white but me x
Apple crumble cake
Tray bake.
Sponge on the bottom
lay sliced apple coated in lemon juice on top of the raw sponge mixture
then sprinkle crumble mix on top
mine was demerara sugar gluten free fiber flour salted butter and ground almonds and a few chopped Pecan nuts I had.
Pop in a hot oven 180c for one hour
