Baking for our anniversary

Didn't really have time to bake and cook today, but the prospect of celebrating our 26th anniversary with a ready meal did not enthral me. So, in between ice skating transport and homework helping I magicked up this oaty raspberry bake. Delicious! Got the recipe at the food fest at the weekend.
