We are so proud of you. Out of all those lads in all those teams seven got an honourable mention and you were one of them. You must be so proud of yourself too. All the hard work really does pay off in the end and now your beginning to see it. Really please that your little job is going well too.

I've been out in the garden again today. Making the most of the great weather we are having. I took this of the web....I got close because the spider wasn't at home ;).

I have to say I hate nettles. I've been stung so much that my arms and legs tingle. But I'm determined to win the war of the nettles. I've got my lethal weapon to help me....the strimmer.

I went for a run with my friend today and I also went to a masters swimming session....my first for a very long time. I need to be doing this at least three times a week. The only problem I have is it's a bit far away. I really enjoyed it though.

Dad and Nick went to watch Ipswich tonight. They won 2-0. I'm pleased because they will come back with a smile on their faces. I think the season tickets will be worth every penny if they keep doing as well as they have been.
