I started a new Hot Yoga class today to balance all the high energy stuff I do at the gym. Stewart (possibly the most beautiful yoga teacher in the world) guided us so calmly through the poses in about 33C. It was so hot! I did a gym session after then whizzed another car load to the tip, very satisfying. I am missing Heidi in the afternoons so much. Heidi and her friend Heidi had their first big girls gymnastics class after school today and enjoyed it.
