Forever

Forever.

A Mother's love is forever and ever and ever.

It never fades, the love just keeps growing stronger,

and stronger, and stronger, and stronger, and stronger.

Today, my husband, our daughter and I went to the hospital with some Starbucks treats in hand, to see sweet little (big) baby boy.

We walked in to find my good girlfriend sitting up chit chatting with her husband who was lovingly holding his brand new baby boy. Everything was calm and serene. She looked amazing and wasn't in too much pain this morning. She was so excited about her Vanilla Latte even though she said, "Oh, I'm fine" when we called for her order. The girl won't ask for anything EVER and I have found that if you want to get her something, or do something for her, you just do it because she will always say, "Oh you don't have to" instead of "sure". So yes, she loved her latte! And our daughter loved her donut as she had it all over her shirt in just minutes.....surprise surprise!

It was nice to have some time to talk before other visitors arrived. We all got to hold the baby and our little girl was a baby magnet. She wanted so badly to poke at this head. We had to teach her to pet his head, very very geeeeently!!! She is going to love him so much as she will finally have a little friend to play with. Our sons are four and it's a little hard for her to keep up with them. Now she has her own little be-be (baby) to ooooh and aaaaah over.

Tomorrow my friend will be getting her favorite frozen yogurt......YES YOU WILL as I know you are reading this right now saying, "Oh, you don't have to....." We are just so happy for you and your family and we love you! Here's to years and years of memories and cheers to your sweet baby boy! xoxo
