Odds Man Out

Stalking the Scottish Parliament for a Referendum-style Blip I came across this dapper chap outside the Palace of Holyroodhouse. I'm not sure what he was up to exactly, perhaps reporting back to Ladbrokes about what people are telling him they're going to vote tomorrow in the Indyref poll. Whatever the case, it was very nice of him to pose.
