Getting ready for #IndyRef polling day

I start as a polling agent for Yes Scotland at about 0630hrs in the morning, preparing for polls opening at 0700hrs.

The picture is one of the polling station boards the Yes side will be having on display; I have two to get mounted first thing in the morning.

I think this visually says it all really. We have the future not just of ourselves, but also of coming generations in our hands. It is a truly historic vote, and despite facing the full hostility of the British Establishment and most of the media, Yes has week by week been closing the gap. Good to know that a message of hope and for the future is overcoming the doomsayers and fear mongers.
