Day Tripping "Blues".

So Mrs M wanted to go to one of the Islands on boat, and freespiral said "Go to Capri" (actually she said "Go! and Go, Go, Go!"). So looks like it's been decided and we went.

So Capri which lends its name to a drink, pants (that reads better in North America) and a much desired but unreliable car from the 70's. You can see I needed some encouragement.

Nice easy 30min boat journey and a lovely day walking and bussing and ambling and swimming around Capri. It's busy and touristy but not without good reason, being stunning, and we found some quiet trails to wander. The busses are half the normal length and the taxis are all stretched cars - which seems odd and everyone looks beautiful and beneath the easy, easy vibe - they islanders work so hard. We had such a lovely day.

So after the recent splurge of monos, I give you "A Kind of Blue" from the Blue Grotto in Capri.
