Of nails and mails

I stayed the whole day today inside my room (except for an hour of grocery at Tesco in the afternoon).

I had been exchanging emails with the seller of a Drawing Tube that i ordered from Amazon because my order hasnt arrived when it was supposed to. I contacted the seller and was informed that my item was delivered at the address last Sept 10. I emailed the Uni post room and they have not received any parcel under my name. And now it seems that my parcel is lost. I was expecting it to arrive last Monday at the latest. I hope that i get some update tomorrow from the seller as i need the item by next week since i will be using it for a conference in Chile. On another note, i received an email from the Visa Application Centre, and I may be receiving my passport back tomorrow with the Schengen Visa in it.

Work was being done in our kitchen the whole day today. Drilling, sawing and pounding were my company as i sat all day staring at my laptop screen. The work of this lone handyman was quite clean i would say. And he has this collection of different screws that is so amazing to look at.
