It All Comes Round Again

I watched this farmer turning some grass to dry on a field that was part of the Steel Works and wondered was it a crop field before the works were built. I was of course moaning about the works being demolished the last time wastemonster promised us more, then got to thinking, did a wee guy bemoan the building of the works in the mid 1800's taking up good land as it says: It All Comes Round Again.
