Doon Hill, Aberfoyle

Drove to Aberfoyle today for a forest walk through the sunshine - this is at the top of Doon Hill; a solitary Scots pine amongst oaks which is said to mark the entrance to a Fairy Queen's underground palace - the story reminds me of the film Pan's Labyrinth.
