Knockin' on Heaven's Door

Privileged to help organise and be part of a special event tonight. Hard to describe the atmosphere as Ted Christopher, some original band members, some of the Dunblane Centre Youth Choir & others sang Knockin' on Heaven's Door.

This was a 10th anniversary replay of the only alternative version, written by Ted, authorised by Bob Dylan and supported by Mark Knopfler. Done many years ago in the wake of the tragedy, to support gun control and which went straight to No 1 in the charts,

It took our breath away, and as it was filmed by the BBC for their Real Lives Reunited series, you can see for yourself properly when it's broadcast next year.
