Starting out
For some reason putting on all the gear makes a difference. Maybe it makes me feel like a runner again... I use the term run loosely of course. I'm a little way off feeling like I'm in control.
Week2. Day1 of the couch to 5km program done.
While I was at it I decided it was time to change it up a bit with my hair & I've gone back to a fringe - or bangs. I think I'm pleased with this choice. If not, it'll only be about 6months to return to the norm - not that the norm was all that flattering either. Maybe it's time to put a little effort into these things? They say a change is as good as a holiday...but as I've 3 holidays in the planning, perhaps change is also good.
