Ouch

Nothing worse than a painful back and being on the train - I jarred by back on the tube on Saturday and its got worse and worse. This is a magic spray courtesy of one of the woman at work. She always brings me a bottle back after a trip to the Caribbean. Thankfully now (Thursday morning) its finally on the mend.
