I went for a walk right around the perimeter of the MCG at lunchtime today. There was a new sculpture unveiled today, not this one, but one of the AFL legend Jim Stynes the late Irish born star of our game. He was such an inspiration to so many people and spent most of his time outside football with charity and philanthropy work. Unfortunately it started to rain so no photos of the new statue dedicated to him. Will have to return another day.

I'm sure most people familiar with Cricket would have seen or at least hears of this legendary Australian fast bowler.
