I'm getting very fed up with this!

My left foot hasn't been working properly for a month. It was ok for a few days before I went to Russia but then started to hurt again, and has carried on since then! Of course I cancelled the GP appointment when I thought it was better. Maybe it's doing lots of walking in airports and around NY, so I'm trying to rest it as much as I can. The odd thing is that the pain/discomfort moves around my foot. Very frustrating as i'd planned to start walking to work again!!
