Gone to seed

Slightly misty this morning then a nice sunny day. Only had a quick walk and no time later so this seedhead is one of a few shots I took! Coffee at church, round to a friends, lunch and then saw Ali and Dave. Going over to the school late afternoon to try out a pilates session. Bit behind on comments will try to catch up later
