She Saw Me Coming

I was on the other side of the yard (stalking Zippy in the bush) when it started to drizzle.  I saw this girl hanging around the hummingbird feeder and didn't want the day to be a complete wash out.

So I slowly crept towards her, but she scooted onto the other side of the feeder to drink.  I tried to lean in that direction, contorted my body in quite an unnatural position and she leaned around just as I was.

It was the only shot I could get off before she flew off in the other direction.

Then the skies opened up and I ran for the house.  The rest of the day was indeed, a complete wash out.  Thanks, Odile.
