Deflated and rubbish

My afternoon summed up in a blip

I was doing so well this morning

I achieved so much and then just before going home I checked one tiny part of the information I was using - supplied by a third party in another office

and she had missed out one vital piece that invalidated EVERYTHING I'd done

We're told we don't need to check these items ..............................HUH
