Tae kwon-do

You have to do it with a serious face apparently. F1 was so excited about this that I am glad I gave up my 'no after school activities' rule (I think kids should be kids and just do school, come home/play etc). If he gets good enough he gets to have a special outfit and belts and stuff.

E did amazing last night again. Not a peep from 6.30pm to 4 am. Long may this last.

F2 very very tired. School is going to take it's toll.
