Light in the gloom

Wow - thanks so much for the tremendous response to yesterday's image! It sat in the Spotlight virtually all day, much to my delight. I had been going to post an image of one of the jewelled spider's webs, but decided to have a play with some in-camera movement shots as the morning was so gloomy. This was the last image I took, and the only one of this particular view - it came out way better than I'd expected! Alex insisted I blip it...

Today I've been out on site for much of the day, under a deep grey sky which showered us with the finest of mizzle. The evening primroses were one of the few points of brightness in the gloom.
