I am unhappy with tomorrow's result whatever it is. If the Scots vote for independence, then a huge amount of money will be wasted making it a reality. If, on the other hand, they vote to remain in the union, relations will be very tense and money will have been wasted on expensive campaigns. Everyone loses on both counts.

I am proud to be British. And I am disappointed in those who want to divide Britain.

I do not want to live in an Untied Kingdom.
