Here I go

If you've ever had to assemble a similar group of products, you know what I'm doing today and also what I'll be doing in the morning.

If you are 50 or older, please consider a routine colonoscopy, if you haven't already. My doctor told me that 25% of colon cancers have no family predisposition. Colon cancer is very successfully treated when caught early. And, while I'm preaching, if you suffer from recurring heartburn, please see your doctor. Esophageal cancer is often deadly but, again, with very early intervention (like in Joel's case!!) it can be treated.
