Madame Tussauds is opposite the Marylebone campus of the University of Westminster where I went tonight to enroll for the Clerkenwell and Islington Guiding course that I'm studying this year. Same place where I studied the City of Westminster Guide course in 2012-13. Looking forward to expanding my guiding skills.

Madame Tussaud features in my Marylebone Muses guided walk that I'm doing on 3 Oct as part of the Footprints of London Literary Festival. She was probably the inspiration for Mrs Jarley in Charles Dickens's Old Curiosity Shop.
