Lost at sea.

Sixteen years ago, a fishing trawler,the "Hunter 2",was lost at sea on September 18th,1998. Whilst on a fishing trip north of Raglan,the boat had dragged anchor on a stormy night and washed up on rocks. Three young Raglan men aged 17,18 and 27 years were drowned whilst one survived.This memorial is sited at the Raglan wharf.
