Apple & Walnut and Secret Sketching

These pancakes have an apple & walnut filling. Yes, you do detect a blob of ice-cream on top.

I suppose one shouldn't really have this for lunch, but I did and it was very good too. I did burn up a calorie or two of it by secretly sketching others in the cafe.
