Tying the knot.
A great day was had by all.
I hope that they do as well as the Redhead and I have done.
We had an hilarious time getting from the church to the venue. For a start the coach went to the wrong church and was a half an hour late picking us up. He proceeded to get hopelessly lost and had to be guided by his base over the radio. They didn't seem to know what they were doing either and directed us to a rear entrance where the driver determinedly attempted to get through a gate that was too small for the coach. He nearly got us stuck. Some of us had to disembark and gently guide him back out. Then he found a delivery entrance and we drove for 15 minutes through a golf course before arriving at the tradesman's entrance two and a half hours after the ceremony had begun.
Unless you have experienced a bus load of Dubliners with a hapless target at their mercy you can have no idea of the craic. The slagging was constant and very humorous. The poor man was frazzled.
I'm off now to try to catch up on you all.
