Cooked dinner for the folks and spent time talking about the past and the upcoming events for the future. Tomorrow night is Vibe at the Plastic Factory, an event inspired by my friend that wanted to put together a relaxing night where people can talk, listen to performers and listen to chill-out music. There will be didgeridoo performers, djembe performers, MCs, DJs and my father singing and playing guitar. My Dad always gave me gigs in Australia to play saxophone so it's really amazing to be able to get him a gig for myself. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. It's going to be a fun night.
