A non independent Hot Friday

What a couple of days.

The one thing I was concerned about was that lots of stakeholders would be affected by whatever decision was made - why weren't all stakeholders given a say? Somewhere, they is a moral argument to be explored through this process.

I hope that it does signal change, and even if some didn't get what they wanted they may be appeased with further devolution.

Back here in London it has been HOT today - just like a summers day, not autumnal in the slightest.
