housemate

i'll admit that i was a bit apprehensive about having a housemate. i was incredibly worried that it would show up all my selfishness and i would be grumpy if i didn't get my desired 'me time'. i was pretty sure i would end up realising that i am horrible human being who has lived alone for far too long.

however, it's been an absolute delight! especially because cooking for two is SO much more fun than cooking for one. tonight it was a mushroom and chickpea curry that left me with a runny nose and stingy lips. the perfect kind!

i think she can stay a little longer!
